Laser engraved slate signs are a natural product and due to this fact
the engraving colour will ﬂuctuate between 'grey' and 'off white', in
addition to this, the slate sign engraving will darken with continued
water exposure but will return to its original colour once it’s dried. We
are able to seal the slate signs in order to prevent this happening,

www.designyourhousesign.com.au strives to dispatch all orders within 14 business days from the date of purchase. If this is not possible we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the delay and advise you of a newly revised dispatch date.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address which is provided during checkout, unless we are notiﬁed before the order is dispatched via email.
Our missing items policy will be in line with that of the carrier of the item. Any items that have not been delivered after 30 business days should be reported and we will take action to rectify the problem. This may include a request to provide an alternative delivery address.
All Items are shipped via AUSTRALIAN POST or with a similar recognised courier service.
If an item is returned due to attempted delivery the customer will be responsible for any additional fees that are incurred and any subsequent return costs.

Any claims for defective or incorrect products requiring replacement must be accompanied by adequate photographic evidence for conﬁrmation.
Goods that have been damaged in transit will be replaced upon receipt of a conﬁrmation photo.
Ebox media reserves the right to cancel order contracts at any time they see ﬁt.
All signs will be made to the customer’s stipulations. DesignYourHouseSign.com.au is not responsible for any spelling errors or typographical mistakes at the fault of the customer. If an order is not made to the customer’s speciﬁcation, they have the right to cancel the order, return the product at the customer’s expense and receive either a full refund or replacement of the product.
All of our products carry a 12 month guarantee which is subject to our detailed terms and conditions.
Any claims made under the guarantee must be accompanied by visual photographic evidence before any settlement will be approved.

The customer shall indemnify and keep indemniﬁed Ebox Media Ltd and www.designyourhousesign.com.au against all claims, costs, demands and expenses against the Company or any of its employees, howsoever incurred, which arise out of the printing or distribution by the Company of any matter that is or may be unlawful, criminal, tortuous or libellous, or that infringes or may infringe any copyright, patent or design.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance.
The Contract will be ruled by the laws of Australia and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the Australian Courts. None of the above Terms and Conditions afect your statutory consumer rights.

What is the Data We Use?
We, as the “Data Handlers” store customer data supplied to us by the consumer at checkout stage of our website. This information consists only of the following; Name, Email address, Billing/Delivery address, and Phone number.
Any payment details are managed by third party subcontractors “Data Controllers” WORLDPAY, PAYPAL.
Who Controls Your Data
Delivery details are then managed by ourselves and shared with required couriers; AUSTRALIAN POSTAL SERVICE
Each third party subcontractor we entertain, are committed to keeping your data confidential.
Data stored by ourselves is removed and destroyed after 3 years (due to certain guarantees we offer).
During this time, if you wished for your information to be deleted, you must provide notice of this request to us. Your information will then be removed from our database.
